Our story
Upward Nutrition was founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana by a fitness professional with more than 25 years in the industry as a trainer, coach and gym operator. For decades, clients asked the same question: “What should I be taking?” Too often, the answer on store shelves was overhyped products made with cheap ingredients.
So we built the line we wanted to recommend.
